I needed reclaimed scaffolding boards in various sizes, but... read more all they had were 3.9m, and all I had was a little Astra to get them home in. Aubrey must have spent at least an hour with me selecting them and cutting them down to size with a hand saw. I was willing enough and kept insisting he go off and do more important things, but he took one look at my woeful technique and said it was only fair we split the load - he did more than half for me, all the time keeping up the pretense that I could have done them all on my own if I'd wanted and pretending my arm wouldn't have fallen off if I tried! Moreover, he was great fun, incredibly friendly and full of knowledge and tips. Similarly, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. I'll be back there sharpish to go and pick up new reclaimed things for my projects. Not to mention, the boards were fantastic value too, considering the scarcity at the moment.

Found website through Google for reclaimed Indian Sandstone slabs, impressed by product so asked for info through the site contact system. They replied in a timely manner and armed with... read more pricing info we ordered. Time slot for delivery was honoured, unfortunately slabs had been damaged badly in transit. We refused delivery and I sent pics and explanation to company. They rang me back immediately apologising for state of materials and thanking me for delivery refusal, they then arranged another new batch to be delivered the following week. This arrived safely and was exactly what we ordered plus a spare slab just in case. The companies communications were top class, their actions prompt and effortless their product top class and priced well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any of the many products they offer.

Prices are completely different to website. Website doesn't suggest if items are out of stock and all we are simply advised the website is not updated. These prices had... read more been shown like this for a few weeks. We were more annoyed that there was no apology from the man at the store and over the telephone I am sure a different price was also mentioned. Seemed slightly arrogant.
