Where are you located?

We are based on the A5, just south of Towcester and about 10 miles north of Milton Keynes. There are clear signs on the side of the road. Pull into Cuttle Mill Business Park and park in front of the building that is straight in front of you.

What are your opening times?

We are open 7.30 am until 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 am until 4.00 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Bank Holidays and Sundays.
*Winter Opening Times:  On weekdays, the Yard closes at 4.30pm / Shop open until 5.00pm.

What do you sell?

All sorts! We sell reclaimed building materials such as bricks, wall copings, Victorian paving blocks, roofing materials and Yorkstone paving. We also sell new Indian sandstone and porcelain exterior paving.

Our Garden products include large, handmade terracotta pots and highly sought after zinc and metal features and planters. We also stock reclaimed statuary and garden ornaments.

Our showroom holds unique, sustainable and handmade gifts and products for your home. Many are one-offs.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

You can turn up to browse whenever we are open. If you need any help or are looking for a particular item our team members are on hand to help out. Find out where we are based on our get in touch page.

Is it muddy?

Most of the yard is gravel or tarmac and you won’t need wellington boots. We also have umbrellas at the ready if the British weather treats us!

Are children allowed at the yard?

Children MUST be kept under very close supervision for their safety.

Are you dog friendly?

Dogs on short leads are welcome at the yard. Just please make sure you pick up any mess that they leave!

Can I shop online?

Many of our products are available to buy online and we can offer next day delivery when orders are placed before 10am. Browse our online shop here.

Are all of your products online?

There is always more in the yard than there is online although we constantly update the website and are adding more and more stock every day. If you are looking for something in particular and can’t see it on the website please don’t hesitate to call us and ask if its in stock. Find out more about using our website here.

How does the enquiry basket work?

If you want more information on a product before you buy it, add it to your enquiry basket. When you submit your enquiry we will get back to you with the information you need and you can then go ahead and place your order over the phone or online.

Is there a bulk discount?

We may be able to offer a discount if you are buying products in bulk. Give us a call and ask!

How much wastage do I need to account for when making a purchase?

We recommend purchasing an extra 5-10% to account for wastage.

Do you buy from private sellers and the public?

Yes, we buy reclaimed items from private sellers. If you’ve got something to sell e-mail us at with pictures, sizes and product details. You can find more information on selling your items on our We Buy page.

How does delivery work?

Most of our items are delivered using a pallet courier (apart from our small home items which are delivered via APC as parcels). You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Find out more on our delivery information page.

How long does delivery take?

We offer UK wide pallet delivery in two working days (Monday to Friday) as standard. If it’s urgent, we may be able to offer next day delivery if you order before 10am. Find out more on our delivery information page.

Is there a forklift on site?

We have a forklift on site to help load trucks, trailers and even tractors!

There’s been a problem with my order, what should I do?

I’m not sure what the best product for my reclamation project is, are you able to advise?

Our team have a huge amount of knowledge and can advise on which reclaimed building or landscaping product will be best for your needs.

Is there a toilet?

We have a toilet that customers can use on site.

Are there are any refreshments on site?

There is no café on site but if you’ve come far of course we can get you a tea/coffee/water.
