MOT Type 1, often referred to as Hardcore, is an essential component in creating the perfect sub-base for all patio, path and driveway projects and should be applied prior to laying Block Paving and Paving Slabs & Flagstones
Our quarried and crushed limestone Type 1 is a popular and more affordable alternative to granite Type 1 yet still provides excellent drainage and strong foundations to lay your chosen top layer. We also recommend the use of Type 1 and Granite Dust when laying artificial grass.

We are currently unable to offer delivery on small quantities of loose aggregates but if you have a suitable vehicle and/or trailer that can handle a 1000kg payload, please stop by any time between 07:30-16:30 Monday-Friday and our yard staff can load you up with forklift truck.
