Rare cast iron pillar top finials, in excellent condition. Aside from their original purpose, to which they are still suited, these items also make excellent door stops, entranceway markers are garden feature oddities.
They have an 11″ diameter and are 8″ high.

These rare cast iron pillar top finials present a striking survival from a past building project now lost to history. We have found no comparable examples, which suggests a bespoke commission for a specific client. Over time, records faded while the objects endured.
