Here we have a range of roofing components in our Clearance area. These are short run or end of line products made up of roof tiles and ridge tiles. Some runs have a reasonable quantity, perhaps enough for a small lean-to, others are strictly small quantities for repairs to roofs with similar tile sizes.
Using a small run of tiles as a border to a flower bed is becoming popular as the reclaim/reuse movement gains momentum. By using reclaimed materials in this way, it contributes to the sustainability of building materials.

The miscellaneous roofing components and tiles are on display in the rear yard at Watling Reclamation. Look for the large Clearance sign at the end of the yard. Here you’ll find the wide variety of ridge and roof tiles that have inspired unique garden areas. Using a small run of tiles as a border to a flower bed is becoming popular as the reclaim/reuse movement gains momentum.
All of the items in the Clearance area of the same reclaimed nature as the rest of the items in the yard. They are all limited in quantity in comparison to their intended use, and as such priced individually depending on run size, item type and any defects. It’s for this reason Clearance items have become so popular for small projects with no consistent look.
